60-Second Practice: Catch It and Move (morphic tool)
Accessibility
Audio is a spoken version of the article. Text is on this page.
Pause for a moment.
Notice what’s already here.
Not what you should be doing—what’s actually showing up.
Is there a thought that’s come up more than once today?
A sentence you’ve almost said?
An idea you’ve brushed up against and then moved past?
Don’t overthink it. Just pick one.
Now ask yourself:
What is the smallest way I could move on this right now?
Not the whole thing.
Just the entry point.
Then do it.
Say it.
Write it.
Send it.
Start it.
Even if it’s incomplete.
Even if it’s rough.
Just move.
That’s it.
Catch It. Enter It. Move.
Notice what’s repeating.
Pick one thing.
Find the smallest next step.
Do it immediately.
No waiting. No polishing.
Just enter it.
