InnerScape Tapping Scripts — Adult Tools

Non-Directive • Self-Authored • Present Registration Support

Diagram of a person showing labeled tapping points on the face, head, chest, underarm, and side of the hand.

These InnerScape-aligned scripts are designed to support orientation and movement without directing experience. They do not aim to fix, reframe, override, or produce a result. They simply support the body in settling excess internal signal so SensoryRegistration can register cleanly and Choice can remain available.

Use as written, or adapt the language while keeping it observational, present-based, and non-outcome.

This image is a black-and-white line drawing of a person shown from the waist up, facing forward, with labeled locations of common body tapping points. The purpose of the image is to show where tapping is performed on the body.

The labeled tapping points include:

  • Top of the head, located at the center of the scalp.

  • Eyebrow, located at the beginning of the eyebrow near the bridge of the nose.

  • Side of the eye, located on the bone at the outer corner of the eye.

  • Under the eye, located on the bone directly below the eye.

  • Under the nose, located between the nose and the upper lip.

  • Chin, located in the crease between the lower lip and the chin.

  • Collarbone, located just below the collarbone on either side of the chest, shown as two circular areas.

  • Under the arm, located on the side of the body approximately four inches below the armpit.

A separate inset image shows the side of the hand, also called the “karate chop” point, located on the outer edge of the hand below the little finger.

All tapping points are indicated with lines and text labels pointing to their approximate anatomical locations.
