The Six InnerScape Portal Resets

Audio is a spoken version of the article. Text is on this page.
"I noticed an interaction that left me slightly unsettled—not because of what was said, but because of how my system responded internally. That response didn’t feel true to me, so I chose to pause and run the full six InnerScape portal resets. I stepped deliberately through each of the six resets, not to analyze the situation, but to re-orient myself inside it. The entire process took only a few minutes. By the time I finished, my center had returned, my InnerTerrain was clear, and the charge was gone. What became obvious was simple: the situation wasn’t mine to carry, and it never had been. Nothing needed resolution—only my recalibration." Linda

InnerPerception — SensoryRegistration
Right now, I’m going to stop trying to figure anything out.
I’m going to return to what is actually here.
I notice my breath without changing it.
I notice temperature.
I notice weight.
I notice pressure.
I notice texture—inside my chest, throat, belly, jaw, shoulders.
If there’s emotion here, I don’t need to name it.
I don’t need to explain it.
I just let it take shape as sensation.
I’m not forcing calm.
I’m not pushing anything away.
I’m simply letting my experience register.
This is my InnerPerception.
This is SensoryRegistration.
This is what’s real in this moment—and it’s enough to begin from.

InnerLanguage — Self-Conversation
Right now, I’m going to listen to what I’m saying to myself.
Not what I’m saying out loud—
what I’m repeating inside.
I’m going to notice the tone first.
Is it rushed? tight? sharp? defensive? heavy? unclear?
Now I’m going to choose a cleaner internal voice.
I don’t need to be harsh to be honest.
I don’t need pressure to be productive.
I don’t need fear to create movement.
So I say this instead:
“I’m here.”
“I can work with what’s here.”
“I can move from inside my own experience.”
“I can choose one next true step.”
This is InnerLanguage.
This is Self-Conversation.
This is me leading my own experience from the inside.

InnerNavigation — Choice & Movement
Right now, I’m going to stop trying to control the whole day.
I’m not here to solve everything.
I’m here to enter what’s true—
and move from there.
I notice what’s active in me right now.
What feels open?
What feels tight?
What feels unfinished?
What feels like it’s pulling me?
And then I remember:
I don’t need certainty to move.
I only need Choice.
So I choose one thing:
I can stay with this for ten more seconds.
I can pause.
I can step back.
I can soften my pace.
I can engage.
I can disengage.
I can redirect.
I can complete.
Now I let that Choice become Movement.
Not forced.
Not dramatic.
Just real.
This is InnerNavigation.
This is Choice & Movement.
This is me participating in my own experience—on purpose.

InnerIntegration — Body–Mind–Signal Coherence
Right now, I’m going to stop splitting myself in two.
I’m not going to think my way out of what my body is already signaling.
I notice what my body is doing.
Breath.
Jaw.
Shoulders.
Belly.
Hands.
Eyes.
I notice what my mind is doing.
Speed.
Looping.
Rehearsing.
Forecasting.
And I notice what my inner signal is doing.
Pulling.
Resisting.
Leaning.
Closing.
Opening.
Now I bring them back into one space.
I don’t need perfection.
I don’t need performance.
I need alignment.
So I say:
“Let the form match the field.”
“Let my body and mind come back into agreement.”
This is InnerIntegration.
This is Body–Mind–Signal Coherence.
This is me returning to wholeness—on purpose.
InnerResponsibility — Self-Authorship
Right now, I’m going to stop handing my experience away.
Not to other people.
Not to circumstances.
Not to the past.
Not to old patterns.
I’m allowed to be affected.
But I’m not required to be overridden.
I notice where I’m outsourcing my authority:
to approval,
to pressure,
to fear,
to expectation,
to the need to explain.
Then I return to one clear truth:
I am the author of how I move inside this experience.
So I choose my ownership.
“I can choose what I participate in.”
“I can choose what I continue feeding.”
“I can choose what I stop repeating.”
“I can choose what I stand for in myself.”
This is InnerResponsibility.
This is Self-Authorship.
This is me taking myself back—cleanly, lovingly, completely.

InnerExpansion — Remembering
Right now, I’m going to stop pretending I’m small.
I’m not here to earn my worth.
I’m not here to prove I belong.
I’m not here to beg life to let me in.
I’m already in.
I remember what embodiment actually is:
a chosen experience,
with chosen amnesia,
so that experience can be lived from inside form.
I don’t need to chase anything outside me.
Nothing is missing.
Nothing is separate.
So I return to the truth of what I am:
“I am not disconnected from EnergyInfinite.”
“I am not waiting to become.”
“I am already what I am.”
“I can live from that now.”
This is InnerExpansion.
This is Remembering.
This is me coming home to myself—while still being here.
