Paoling Che of SUPERPAO | KOKOCANDLES is a high-desert–based artist working in 2D and 3D as well as candlemaking. With a background in graphic design, her work is often dessert-inspired, tinged with corporate disdain, and embraces the art of the multiple. Influenced by commercial art and packaging design, her practice explores the nuances of being human.

Valerie Davis is a multidisciplinary artist based in Joshua Tree, California, whose work is deeply inspired by the natural forms of the desert landscape. A Fine Art graduate of Arizona State University, she creates paintings, sculpture, and selenite jewelry that reflect her love of organic textures and spiritual symbolism. Her mixed media “Planimerals”—hybrid forms of plant, animal, and mineral—evoke otherworldly life, while her mandala-based paintings explore Earth Goddess themes and elemental energy. Valerie has exhibited widely across Southern California and served in leadership roles with the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council, curating and contributing to numerous community art events.
