Positive speaking or posting
I find myself constantly stopping from posting, commenting, or expressing opposing opinions, I know negative thoughts need to be redirected. With that I struggle with releasing the feeling of not being heard or expressing myself. I’m wondering if there is any techniques to release this or meditations anyone has found useful?

You are heard here and can share your thoughts with an honest and open heart. Our current environment is forcing us to live from within instead of the outside external environment. This is absolutely foreign to the way we were raised to conform, agree and stay in the mainstream of beliefs so it is a big adjustment. Clearing your emotional triggers and living based upon ATTRACTING what and who is in your highest and best interests shall allow you the internal peace you desire. We will definitely be adding more tools as we grow and respond to the community's requests. Create your own sanctuary in your home that clears and supports you, use music to calm, maybe journaling & trust your instincts and internal knowing. This time of external chaos is all about each of us learning to live happily from within without the need for a lot of external support from others. You are amazing and welcome.
